My iPhone’s sides are changing their shades, it has formed a rainbow coloured stain or whatever it is called. Is there any solution for this? It’s 11 pro max space grey

It could be a sign of wear and tear for your iPhone. Sometimes these "rainbow" colored on metals are due to exposure to heat.

How about buying a case for it?

You're not alone and sadly there's no way to fix it. Check other threads with the same problem. I believe someone tried a polishing paste, and said it worked, but another guy tried the same paste and it didn't work for him.

I had a case, but it didn’t covered the sides, you can see that case in the above pictures I shared

I did not noticed the case lol. Anyway, then go buy a case that can cover it perhaps? I can't find a legit way online to remove that.
