Discontinued App - can I copy it to new iPhone?

I have the first iPhone and, on it, an app called Trains which is absolutely superb. For some reason, a couple of months later, the app vanished from the store never to be seen again.

So, on Friday when I get my 3GS, is it possible to keep that app?

Yes. Just sync it to your phone from iTunes. If it's on your current iPhone and not on your computer, then you'll want to hit transfer purchases to get it onto your computer.

I do the same thing with Tris and iPint.

just make sure its on the computer u sync the 3GS with

all your apps should stay with your computer via iTunes account....
