"Like New" is defined on Mercari as "New without tags. No signs of wear. Unused." This should have been advertised as Good or Fair, simple as that. They'll approve a refund if you file a dispute within 3 days of receipt.

I'd been checking all day, because people were reporting restocks in other countries, but found no love here in the US. Checked again when I saw your post, and there it was! Mine will be delivered on Monday.

As bad as I want this one, I just can't bring myself to pay full price 🙁 Especially after the Best Buy sale where I was able to purchase a few Sport Bands for $19. Haven't paid full price for any of my bands yet...
I can definitely respect that. I doubt you will see Plum for less than retail once it’s discontinued though (except in one of those crazy lucky situations). Colors this popular don’t come around often and the scalpers know it.
I can yoink NIB from Apple for $44/ea. I’m not keen on paying retail for them, but should I do it just to have an extra and maybe a solo in my size?

Yeah I’m also lucky enough to get EPP pricing. Asking myself the same question right now. I generally have a “no duplicates” policy but rarely have a run into a color I liked this much.
Now that they're back in stock, I got a solo in my size, to go with my new SS. And a SB for my sister. They're due to arrive tomorrow.
I don't usually pay full price for anything if I can help it, but I feel like this one won't show up under retail anytime soon, so I grabbed it.

Think of that $20 as insurance to make sure you got one. As bad as you feel now, you would have felt way worse if you had passed and Apple never restocked.
Just saw this, and now 40mm is out of stock. The wait continues.
I wish we had deals like those in my part of the world. A few months ago I was able to yoink a batch of 6 open-box almost-new SB's for $20 each, that's the cheapest I ever managed to purchase a band for. But deals like these are extremely rare.

We have them still in Canada. A kind forum member offered to ship me one before they were back in stock and I can do that for you if you don’t want to chance it.
