Discounts / Sales on OEM bands

Woot has restocked their discounted Apple Watch bands! Brand new, OEM Solo Loops are $19.99, and Braided Solo Loops are $29.99. As of this morning, many color/size combinations are available.


Note: Woot has been running this sale for a while, but many size/color combos had gone out of stock. This is the exact same sale, but just wanted to call it back out in case you’d missed out on your favorite color(s) before.

A cautionary warning ⚠️ below 👇 if you are buying band in person:

Attention Apple Watch wearers: Be cautious of packages with broken seals. Ensure that the seals on the boxes are intact before purchasing. If not, inspect the box to verify that the band is present. I came across a Wisteria modern buckle discounted to the same price as the Ink one, but the seals had been tampered with and opened. Upon checking, the band was missing. If you find a box that's been opened, notify loss prevention and/or store employees that the box has been opened. Do not head over to the checkout line. Unfortunately, there wasn't another sealed Wisteria modern buckle available.

I did check a Ross near me last week. It looked like a war zone inside. I may try again this weekend based on your tip.

One correction I’d like to say… absolutely don’t leave it on the shelf! Give it to an employee an let them know it looks tampered with or stolen.

Wow, 75% of the locations nearby, including the closest one, checked receipts at the door. By the way, thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'll update it to suggest that you should report it to loss prevention or a store employee. Additionally, the band box felt light when I held it, which was a major warning sign, along with the opened box.

I may have to brave the town tomorrow, to see if they have any new sizes. I did see some Product Red bands at a TJ Maxx the other day (not a local one, it was 2 hours away), so I don't know how long they were there.

Same, was it the 41mm s/m red sport band 6th gen from the Apple Watch Series 8 era? I took a look at the band box at its backside and it had a copyright ©️ year in 2022.

Ohhh but same generation sport band? Hopping on to the 3rd nearest TJX/Ross and nearest Marshall’s to check out bands. Last time on NYE they didn’t have anything.

Which Apple Watch do you wear, and what series is it?
 
Visited a Ross today. Still a warzone like location and… not a store I’d ever visit again. No bands, only saw a Belkin thunderbolt 3 cable for $15.

Checked out a Marshall’s. Saw lots of OEM iPhone 16 cases and OEM AirTag luggage loops. No bands.

🤯 only that USB C cable from ?! My Ross has more than just that. Still leather iPhone cases before the iPhone 15 Pro, leather AirTag cases/keychains, and leather loops. I don’t grab the bands if they are above $20 for leather, $15 or above for sport loops or $10 for sport bands.
 
From Ross on Sunday - picked up an Ink Leather Link (41mm/S/M) and a Chalk Modern Buckle (41mm/M) for $12 each and an apple Thunderbolt 3/USB-C cable for the same price.. I have fat wrists and I can't wear the Modern Buckle, so mom will get that one and probably the leather link (drat). This is a brand new store, so nice still. I don't recall any AP checking on this one, but they do stand around at the other 3 Ross stores in my areas. The other weekend got my mom an iPhone 12 mini leather case for $0.49 at one of the other stores.

On to TJ Maxx - a few air tag loops AND a few Yellow/Beige Trail Loops in S/M. I want to say the price was like $18, forgot to take a pic of that.

Maybe I should have originally gotten the larger watch when I got my series 5 and then when I updated to the 8 I had a bunch of bands I still wanted to use! Curse these fat wrists of mine!
 
!Deal alert!

TJ Maxx has ultra 1 trail loops. Both only in S/M size. I am a small band kind of guy though this specific loop I had to choose M/L as the band opening didn’t fit my palm so these are no good to me unfortunately.

Ink Leather Link, I also have that one. I noticed leather iPhone cases for the 11 Pro to 14 Pro models priced around the same amount. I checked the local Ross, but they didn’t have any leather bands (⚔️) or any modern buckles or other $12 leather bands. Marshall’s had this band for $14, but it’s a medium-large (41mm) size, which is too long for me. .

I checked TJX, and they only had the same trail loop as the small/medium size. If I had an Apple Watch Ultra, I would get it, but my watch is too small for the band. By the way, the Mulberry Sport loops are in, and I’m also eyeballing a 41mm version to come.
 
More TJX finds.

41mm series 7 olive grey/cargo khaki sport loop with both small and large bands.

Plus the 44mm pride Nike sport loop series 7. Surprised to see these pop up.

I thought I had owned this pride band from years ago. Sure enough I did. Here’s some oddities I cannot figure out. Such as where the stock is coming from as they are clearly gray market or foreign imports.

My first pride loop was bought two years ago at Marshall’s for $17. The new one is from TJ Maxx last week for $15. The UPCs are different as well as the actual model number on the box. Plus the language stickers on the back denote a different marketplace/country this was sold. The actual box itself is identical, it’s the stickers on the back that are different. Neither are opened as I will return the new one yet I wonder now if the internals are the same.
