Realizing Apple is getting lazy with their product images. Size M leather loops show L loops on the box, and 38/40mm bands show 42/44mm bands on the box. Also, don’t recall exactly who pointed it out, but the band on my Grey is a black pin, but the box shows a silver pin...

While it is true that all LL box size box shows the Large size, I believe CodeRaven‘s bands are actually Large size anyway.

Bought mine brand new for $20 even from that OfferUp seller I linked a while back. Don’t know if she still has any.
Link? Got a used PP/B this week cheap but there’s slight discoloration on the pin strap and heavy discoloration on the M/L (which I don’t wear, but still). Going to try to soak it in a vinegar soapy water combo but in case that doesn’t work a new cheap pick up would be nice!

Thanks @toxtrepla - I think you are right. Was a bit worried as all I read on the leather loops said large was really large, I felt maybe I should have went Medium. I tried on the Cape Cod and it fits perfectly, so sigh of relief for me. Anyhoo... Here is a shot of the back of the boxes model numbers / sizes, etc....

38/40mm PP/B Nike for $16 (seller will take an $8 offer)

edit: sold
Goddamn it, those are so hard to find. It seems everyone has 42/44 mm watches, and finding an M/L is even more difficult.

yeah, this is in bad taste for me.

so, I actually called the number for our Ebay seller on Wednesday I think... it was later in the evening for me and he picked up. I had called him about the two band cancellations that I got emailed about that Wednesday but I had received a shipping and tracking number for them on Monday. so we briefly spoke about them and he assured me the other bands had shipped that day, not Monday, anyways...the point is, he did mention he was concerned about people "bulk" buying.

he asked me to call him if I wanted to bulk buy and he would give me a better price, but that he did not want people bulk buying on his store...I assured him I was not bulk buying, but rather I have four family members all with watches and that's why I was buying so many bands from him. I told him he had really good color options and great pricing and I appreciated him.

again, the point of all this, he is concerned about exactly this thing happening and its people like that that ruin good deals/sales for the rest of us. I think @toxtrepla mentioned people notifying sellers and order being cancelled and then relisting at a higher price and that's just petty from whoever is reaching out to the sellers. I think the sellers should honor the sale morally, but its definitely more the fault of the "salty" individual crying to the seller and the only person who really suffers there is the person who was going to get a good deal. its the old "if I can have it, you cant either" mentality and its beyond me to understand it.

anyways, sorry, just ranting a bit... people/the world sucks sometimes

That makes no sense. The seller told you he doesn't want to sell a bunch of bands to a potential reseller in one fell swoop with combined shipping and minimal effort and would rather sell them individually? And then he offered to let you bulk buy if you call him on the phone, but not via eBay. I think it's more likely that he just doesn't want a reseller to buy up all his bands and sell them for MORE than he thought to.

I think he was maybe trying to "feel" me out, I dont know. there was a bit a language barrier, but I just figured he wanted to make sure that I personally wasn't trying to buy a lot from him to turn around and sell them for more. he seemed nice enough really, I just hope he does have some nike bands to put out. :)

I wonder though, IF he does have more to put out, if he will price them higher now. like someone said, he already took off the multi item discount, so....

edit to add: when I spoke with him,he said that he wanted to have people sample his items and then maybe buy other things, and not just someone bulk buying. when I told him that I had a family with more than four watches, he did say that that's the kind of buyer he wanted more of, he also said something about blocking people he thought were bulk buying, so I felt I had to really assure him I wasn't, at that time I still had two pending order with him.

I mean, I dont know, I'm just sharing my exchange with him

I don’t think I’m on the radar since I’m not as crazy as some of you and only bought 2. As are the rest of us, really hoping me puts some Nike bands up for reasonably cheap.

Good news to know, oarx. I have been seriously considering redirecting some funds to get me a cerulean sport loop, if he is legit and just trying to make a little money without being a skeezball, that makes me feel better about buying his goods. I do want to wait and see if he has nike bands to drop, though :)

I would not wait too long on the cerulean, at that price its a steal and its a beautiful loop. all the other ceruleans that I've seen pop up have been over retail

well, I WAS concerned...I ordered 26 bands/loops from him over the course of 6 or 7 orders, just because I kept reassessing my needs and future uses of bands and I didn't think I'd get them at that price again.

I have some designated loops and bands for only some things, like a few bands I only do outdoor/gardening activities with, I only wear loops when I'm not going to be sweating, and I'm trying to buy ahead a few loops that I'll only use to sleep with when sleep tracking comes live

and you thought YOU guys were crazy, eh? (oh god, I've revealed too much)

Yes, that is my dilemma. What if I get it, and then next week he drops some nike bands....UGH. :)

Derp, I meant celestial teal, not cerulean. He never did have 40mm cerulean sport loops AFAIK.

Get the Cerulean. It's < $25? Still a pretty great deal for an awesome band.

I had a brain fart, i meant celestial teal, but typed cerulean. If he had a 40mm cerulean, I would have definitely gotten it as it seems to be quite valuable on the open market.

No, I am in the process of doing the same thing. Sport/nike bands for working out. Sport loops for non-sweaty activities, and I am thinking I might designate a loop just for sleeping. My black sport band is for when i work on my bike, since its about the same color as the grime that comes off the drivetrain :)

Agreed, I usually wear my anthracite/black band when I know I’m going to be sweating it up. I am grateful for him, he’s helped me fill in the gaps in my collection and I’ve branched our into our types of bands now instead of just sport bands.

I usually wear black or Antique White when I know my band is getting dirty. Got Antique White for literally pennies and don’t really care for the color all too much.
