Discover Card, Apple Pay, and 10% Cashback

I bought an iPad Air 2 in Sept in-store at Staples using my Discover Card through Apple Pay. I received my credit card statement and it does not reflect the 10% cash back. Did anybody else have this problem? When do we get the 10% cash back?

I did the same during the iPad Air 2 sale that staples was having. I called up discover after my October statement failed to include any of the promotional cash back and they assured me that I will get that cash back bonus on my next statement.
