Hello,

Is it possible to determine what URL an application is accessing to, say, download an update or get information? I know how to get the ip address that it is accessing through the command line, but I would like the full url.

Thanks

Something like Little Snitch will let you capture the URL being accessed. Not sure what the command-line thing is about: apps access URLs via the command line normally, then normally use internal APIs to do it.

Thanks for the replay... I have Little Snitch, but as far as I can tell, it only lists the domain/ip address that is being accessed, it doesn't show the full URL. I meant that using tcpdump on the command line, I could tell what domain an application was accessing, not that the application was using the command line.
