Disintegrating Apple Silicone Case

I've had my 11 Pro Max Silicone Case since December. It's disintegrated like made and the layers have basically been exposed.

I use the case the same way I use every other case I've had with an iPhone before.

As stores are closed in the UK I can't exactly just go over and show them my dissatisfaction and ask for a replacement. Has anyone in the UK had any success with getting a replacement? I tried their online support but it doesn't seem interested in 'accessories' that aren't Beats or AirPods!

Apple cases are covered by a full year warranty, so I'd start my chat under the "iPhone" category.

I kind of lost track when I started having problems with their silicone cases but it’s been at least since I had the iphone 8 Plus. Every single one I’ve had distintegrated at the corners eventually, even with light use. And I had one for an iPhone X that I never even got to use much because I had to return the phone. And I wanted to give the case to a friend but it had a stain on it and I only used the case for a few days and I don’t know what caused the stain. I tried rinsing it and it didn’t help. I don’t remember using the case around food or drink. I’ve had better luck with cheaper cases on Amazon, really. And yes the cases did come from the Apple store.
