iPod touch Disk almost full remove videos or photo's

I sometimes get this error message but why? According to installer.app I still have 18mb left... how do I fix this?

I believe the 18MB is on the OS partition, and isn't a place where you add songs and videos. As for which to remove, which do you use least? And also, for every video you remove, there are many more photos that you can add.

I have around 10 gb of free space, so I doubt that is the problem. I only have 50 mails, so that can't be the problem right? Where is mail saved by the way?

I wonder how much space you could recover if you went through and removed all the extraneou's apostrophe's. 😛
