Disk Speed Test kernel panic on M4

I recently installed a Crucial M4 256gb SSD on my early 2011 13" MBP and noticed that after running Disk Speed Test for like 5 minutes I get a kernel panic necessitating a complete reboot! Could other with a same/similar setup confirm this?

I do not have M4 but I installed Intel 320 series 160GB SSD 2 weeks ago and test with Disk Speed Test..no beach ball at all….Maybe M4 is defective? or Check with latest firmware?

Ok, I figured it out, it has something to do with file vault, I removed it and now its all ok.
