im trying to install boot camp and when i start to partition it, an error comes up saying: This disk cannot be partitioned because verification failed.

so i go to disk utility to verify my HD and an error comes up saying:

Disk Util stopped verifying because the following error was encountered:
The underlying task reported failure on exit

and then in red is:
Volume Header needs minor repair
The volume HD needs to be repaired.

What can i do to fix this error? I can't select the Repair Disk button without first Verify Disk and it wont verify disk...

You can repair it from Disk Utility on the OSX discs or using fsck. Unfortunately you can't repair the disk that you've used to boot the machine up, which is why it's not letting you repair it now. :)

thats not true..

you have to boot into single user mode by holding Apple-S while booting... then type as showen on the display:

/sbin/fsck -yu

and simply reboot after that by typing "reboot" for example.
