Disk Utilities Permission Question

When verifying and repairing disk permissions as I periodically do, I encountered this string at the bottom of my differing permissions list:
Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

Does anyone know what this means and do I have anything to be concerned about?

That's good to know, thanks. It looked suspiciously like someone had changed my remote access settings.
