I'm getting an error after upgrading to Leopard when running Disk Utility:

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Any ideas or is anyone else getting this?

I am not sure what it is but you are not alone in getting the line in the disk utility. I am pretty sure it has to do with the remote desktop update they put on software update today. I was initially concerned but figured if an Apple update set the permission, it should be fine.

I forgot about that update...

That makes sense. Just wanted to make sure I was not the only one, given that it is for Remote Management.
