Disk Utility, Bootable USB

Trying to create a bootable USB stick from an official Win7x86 ISO and I was pretty sure it was a straight forward process from previous experience! Anyone able to run me through it, as I seem to be encountering the 'Error 254' problem whereby it won't burn the 2.5Gb ISO to a 4Gb Kingston drive.
