Disk Utility keeps putting out the same message, what is this about?

I keep getting the same message when I run disk utility, does anyone know what this means?

parent directory ./Users/Shared/SC Info does not exist

If you check using terminal and type

1. cd /Users/Shared
2. ls

Does "SC Info" show there?

FWIW, this directory is where your iTunes authorization is stored.
