I just performed a permissions check and received the following:
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

I have not done anything out of my ordinary sessions (I am not a power user).

SHould I be concerned? I've searched the situation elsewhere with no results.

I don't think you should worry because I remember I use to get that and another one just like it when I installed Snow Leopard and even during updating to 10.6.1 and once 10.6.2 came out one of those went away but the one about the remote still comes up. I really Don't get why that is happening maybe it would be fixed in 10.6.3 I really do not know. Hopefully someone else can answer this I wonder what it means and why this is happening.
