Disk went out...

So my secondary 500GB disk just went out apparently. The system won't mount it and trying to repair it yields this:

Is there any hope that I can get my 500 GBs of stuff back? Is it hopeless?

I second that. I had the same error on one of my externals. DiskWarrior fixed it up in a jiffy.
