I understand that this is the best progamme to use in order to SSH files on to a jailbroken iPhone 3G.

I was just wondering if anybody knew of a tutorial for this programme, and if anyone would be able to specify which directory to place apps and themes in 😀

The program isn't perfect, but its worth checking out.
