How about no?How about nixing Hulu and reducing the cost of Disney + ?
Yeah, same here in the U.K.Hulu is almost completely non-existent outside the US, whereas Disney Plus is all over the world.
In Canada, here we get Star+, which overlaps with Hulu for content, and it's part of Disney Plus. eg. I watched the movie Prey on Star+, in the Disney Plus app with my Disney Plus subscription.
I can download Hulu content via the D+ app all the time. Where are you located? Perhaps it's a regional limitation?I hope they add a download function to the Disney+ app for Hulu content. I prefer one app, but for Hulu content on Disney+ there isn't an option to download like there is on the Hulu app.
Yes, this is what Fubo / Disney stated earlier this year.Disney is buying Fubo so my guess is the live TV portion of Hulu will end up on Fubo.
I agree that Live TV should not be under the Disney App. Thanks for the link so I could confirm. It will be interesting to see if they offer any bundled pricing with the new setup. It's not a bad deal bundling Disney, Hulu Live and ESPN +. Oh yea, ESPN is also changing to it's own streaming live service. This should be interesting.Yes, this is what Fubo / Disney stated earlier this year.

The Live TV portion of Hulu doesn't really have anything to do with Disney content. I think it'd be odd to have to fire up the Disney+ app so you can watch CBS, FOX, NBC, Nickelodeon, CNN, Fox News, or any other non-Disney-owned cable channel...and I'm sure Disney doesn't really those to appear under the Disney brand either. It'd make the most sense to have Live TV under a different brand.
This. Hulu will just be another version of Netflix with Fox Studios programming. Fubo will handle the linear programming.Disney is buying Fubo so my guess is the live TV portion of Hulu will end up on Fubo.
Is this about branding or simply about technology?Disney is out of its mind if it thinks the D+ brand is more valuable than Hulu.
Looks like I’ll be cancelling another streaming subscription shortly.
How about a 3.26 trillion dollar greedy corp?I'll never give a billion dollar greedy corp more of my pennies
Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with Hulu Live. I have had it for at least 4 years without any issues on my ATV devices.This. Hulu will just be another version of Netflix with Fox Studios programming. Fubo will handle the linear programming.
My experience with Hulu live on ATV was a dumpster fire. It crashed constantly.
Yes there is. On my phone there is. Check for an update 👍🏻I hope they add a download function to the Disney+ app for Hulu content. I prefer one app, but for Hulu content on Disney+ there isn't an option to download like there is on the Hulu app.
Not yet, but it will be next yearStupid question, but is everything that's available on Hulu also available on Disney+?
Disney has confirmed that they will be adding Hulu+ Live TV to Disney+ in 2026...I'm assuming once they take control of Fubo.Yes, this is what Fubo / Disney stated earlier this year.

Then subscribe to Hulu only 🤦🏻 Disney has confirmed that you can still subscribe to the individual services after the merger is completed. You don't havw to subscribe to both....you're just using one app. I don't understand how hard that is for you people to understand. Just like they have confirmed that Hulu Live TV will be coming to Disney+ next year.“Iger claims the combined app will provide an "improved consumer experience" and new opportunities for advertising revenue.”
Ugh. The last five words are all you need to know. Why do I expect Disney to make subscribing to Hulu only economically unattractive? There isn’t anything on Disney+ that I want. And only a few things on Hulu.
