I have the new Apple TV 4K. Everything is working fine accept for Disney plus. It keeps coming up with a HDCP issues and refusing to play any content. All other streaming apps work fine and I didn’t have this issue with my old Apple TV.
I’ve tried restarting but it’s not helping. I was thinking of picking up a fire TV stick as they are on sale. I hate the things but my kids are getting quite upset about not being able to watch Disney plus.Had that happen. Restarting the atv helped.
It is working fine for me using an HDMI cable. How are you connecting it to the TV?I have the new Apple TV 4K. Everything is working fine accept for Disney plus. Yes. I bought a brand new cable. Changed out the cable and even tried and different HDMI port. The exact same thing. Not working. All my other streaming apps work. Only Disney plus doesn’t. Now I’m going to have to get a fire TV stick just for Disney plus. Are they certified cables?
Well I force closed all the apps and restarted the device (after a new HDMI cable and new HDMI port) and it seems to be working again.
