So this came out last week for us in the UK.

For those who dont know, this is Disney's version of Nexflix where they have all their films, TV shows, books and music available on demand. Only available in the UK at present for £9.99 a month (free month trial).

I find it very frustrating though that Disney can get an app out for Android TV within a week, but they can't do the same for the ATV 4.

Still, can't wait for it to arrive on the ATV.

I have asked their tech team to put a request in for this. Will see what comes of it. Looks like a great service with a poor app-sound familiar!

If it has access to all of Disney's films and programming, yes! Parents love anything that keeps their kids occupied.

I think the reason for this is that in the USA, Netflix has exclusive rights to all Disney content. In the uk, they do not. Therefore, it's a case of launch your own streaming service and get your content out there and reap all the benefits.

damn i prob shoulda read all this thread before i got excited, raced to the app store to find nothing rolf, will be hitting support with a request aswell, maybe the more they get the more theyll get off the ass and make a app

Good idea. I asked support for an app when it came out. I think if we all wrote a 2 minute email we might get an app sooner!
