Display Dillemas: An idea

So you're wondering which is best for you: Matte or glossy?

Here's a thought: If you have a current monitor and plan on using this as a second display (me too), can we not have both?

Glossy laptop display, matte external display? Any problems with calibration at all? Sure on the move you'll be limited to glossy, but it's worth bearing in mind.

Any reason to not consider this?

On the move when you cannot control your lighting conditions you will NOT want to have glossy.

For me I just go matte all the way.

Go for a matte display, the glossy just looks cheap in comparison.

I have a glossy laptop with a matte secondary display. Everything is perfect. A forum is no place to decided between matte and glossy, go to the store and see for yourself.
