Display For Mac Mini

Hey I'm about to buy a 2.26 Mac Mini with 4 GB of RAM. Anyways I'm looking for suggestions on good displays to match with it. Apple's 24" display is a little pricey. Looking for a trusted band, fair price, and 20"-24" screen size. Thanks.

Also if I was to get a display with a built in webcam would it work as an iSight replacement?

^ That monitor is much cheaper on OWC except it won't ship for another 16 days, but the price differential may be worth it. Personally, I'm waiting for the Dell SX2210 which won't be available for a few days, but I personally think it looks much better than the other linked 23" Dell display. The SX2210 is rumored cost ~$280, but no one knows for sure yet.

As for the webcam, I've read that the Dell webcams work for the most part without drivers, but some people have experienced a few issues, which buying iUSBCam supposedly fixes.
