Display for Macbook Air with built in webcam

Aside from the 24" Cinema display, is there another good quality display (non apple) that I can purchase that also has an inbuilt webcam - I keep trying to buy a 24" Apple off ebay and I always get pipped to the post at the last second...not minute...the last second...very annoying. Can anyone help?

I think if memory serves me right, Dell make a couple i have one at work which is touch screen 24" and that has a built in webcam.
