Display Huge Problem...Please Help

Hello.

I have a macbook connected to a 22in display that was working fine until today, when it appeared on the display : out of range. It is not working unless I put the display onto a low resolution option.

What can I do? HELP!!
 
Try resetting the Mac's PRAM (hold cmd-opt-p-r immediately after booting and until you hear the chime for a second time).
