I have purchased iPhone 11 several days ago and I noticed a very thin line of shadow around the edge of the phone that gets more pronounced as you tilt it and look at the edges. I don’t think most people will ever notice this slight shading of dark around the edge, but when the screen is displaying mostly white and it’s next to the iPhone 11 Pro it’s visible. Is it normal for LCD Screen or it is defect?

With no pictures supplied I’m going to say normal. If you care to post any pictures I may change my opinion...
Unfortunatly I cannot take picture of my phone, but I found aprox. same in other threads.

Yeah i have it but the screen is otherwise perfect color wise, white is on point and very uniform. I would hazard a guess yours is fine as well since the regular 11’s screens are quite consistent this year.

It’s better than other trouble you can run into with lcd screens or stuff posted before on here about previous iphone screens or nowadays the pro screens.

I found that this issue is also seen on XR's displays:
I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention that the edges of the iPhone XR screen have a slight dimming effect that is best described as a ‘drop shadow’. It’s wildly hard to photograph but imagine a very thin line of shadow around the edge of the phone that gets more pronounced as you tilt it and look at the edges. It’s likely an effect of the way Apple was able to get a nice sharp black drop-off at the edges that gets that to-the-edges look of the iPhone XR’s screen.
Apple is already doing a ton of work rounding the corners of the LCD screen to make them look smoothly curved (this works great and is nearly seamless unless you bust out the magnifying loupe) and it’s doing some additional stuff around the edge to keep it looking tidy. They’ve doubled the amount of LEDs in the screen to make that dithering and the edging possible.

My backup phone(6S) has this as well as my iPad Air2..
It is normal for LCD screen? I thought about warranty, but I saw in store that other phones (iphone 11) have same issue with screens.

Doesn't really matter. No way Apple would replace the phone because of something that subtle. If you brought it into an Apple Store, guaranteed the service tech would say he doesn't see anything

i just realized that i have same issue on my 11.. i noticed mine have faint line (shadow) on the left side since last week.. it is clearly noticeable when i set the screen with grey color..

i searched on several forums/web that many iphone 11 users got the same issue.. but i can't find any thread/info which say it can be resolved..

I noticeable when it’s grey, white, blue and green. Are yours the same?

Have had a 2020 iPhone SE for 2 months and bottom of the LCD screen is now showing display bleed. Is this normal? Manufacturer warranty issue or could it have been me? Never dropped, but spray it slightly once in a while to clean the phone.
