I have 2 cameras to provide different angle's during filming. Is there a way that while each camera is recording it's automatically showing in FCP X as Camera 1 and Camera 2?

A great example would be Livestream which is PC only. Looking for something similar on macOS with the ability to change the green screen background on the fly.

The only video switching ability FCPX has is solely for editing already-recorded multicam material. What you are asking for has nothing to do with FCPX, rather it is called live production switching. It can be done with hardware or in some lower-end cases, with software.

At one time Google Hangouts On Air provided software-based video switching for multi-cam webcasting: http://www.audiovideopro.net/hangouts-on-air-for-broadcast-multi-camera-shows/

However I think they have discontinued that and it might be available in Youtube Live:

Here's one example of a lower-end video production switcher: http://a.co/1ME1Wet

BlackMagic makes some relatively inexpensive video switchers: http://a.co/byoUve6

An inexpensive and new-tech method is the Mevo camera, which can be controlled from an iPad and switches between multiple scenes in a 4k frame. Mevo is made by LiveStream but I think it can be run entirely from a mobile device and doesn't require either a Mac or PC: https://getmevo.com/

LiveStream has apps for macOS. I don't know about feature parity with the PC versions though.

If you need free and don't mind the lack of a slick UI, OBS is worth checking out. Possibly CamTwist.

On the paid end, you can look at Wirecast and mimoLive (formerly BoinxTV).

All four will let you live stream to various online services, and record locally.
