Display not turning off on screen close

Does music keep playing?
Has it always been like this?
Have you installed any haxies like InsomniaX or Sleepless?

What happens if you send it to sleep using -> Sleep?

Try restarting it...that happens sometimes with my MBP. Restart normally works.

Another thing that has fixed it when Apple couldn't is an Archive & Install...not the preferred choice but it does work.
