Re meson's post above -

It's probably worth it to pay a little more for the better stand.
Otherwise... you may be stuck with one height setting...

Either of those will serve you well. The primary difference being that one has a height adjustable stand, I believe.

Mine came without height adjustment. The height was fine to me, but with people coming and going during office hours, I put mine on a vesa arm after about 6 months. If you are meeting with clients in your space, this will be a consideration at some point. Both models have vesa mounts.
Thanks Meson appreciate it !

............personally I would go with the 27" 4k LG .... which one of the 2 you think?

Thanks again

I agree the 27" 4k would be the best option for you coming off the iMac, and the price is pretty good for a tight budget as well. My 32" LG 4k has a VA panel, more commonly used in TVs. At my normal viewing distance, you can notice a slight color shift in your peripheral vision. It bugged me a bit at first, but after 3 years of use, I no longer notice it.

That monitor should work just fine and looks pretty similar in specs to the LG you were looking at.

Arrgghh just went to get the LG and its out of stock, this one Ok?... they have this in stock.....

I want to get it from local store ideally in case I need to return I can switch it easily...

IMO, stay away from Samsung monitors.

I use a BenQ PD2700U and it's been a great 4K monitor. Still using it for my Mac Mini M3.

You can also find excellent Dell 1440 monitors for a good price.
