Display time with seconds on slide to unlock screen?

    Is it possible to have the time on the "slide to unlock" screen show the time to the second, like H:M:S. I could have sworn that i saw an iPhone once with that, but i can't seem to find it anywhere in the settings. Am i blind or just making up memories?
