Distorted or LowRes Icons

I'm having an issue where various icons become distorted or low res. Anyone run into this before?

There have been previous threads on something like this. Try and icon cache cleaning utility like onyx and google for some of the things people have tried. It is a recurring bug. Restart your computer to start with.
