iOS Distribute problem

I am trying to distribute my software via downloading ipa file from server. The file is downloaded to my IPAD and the installation completes. However, the icon of that application disappears after the installation and the icon appears only after restarting my IPAD. The application can be started normally after restart. This problem happens every time when installing to IPAD4.3 and happens sometimes on IPAD 5.0. Can anyone help me about this?

I think this is an error on your device, not with the distribution.
Because I even have it sometimes from the Appstore, icons just getting removed etc. Anything came up on google?
