    Hello all,

I'm quite new in iOS coding and distributing. For private use I have an standard developer account and I use it to distribute some private apps to the app-store.
At work, we have an enterprise account, and lately I'm working on some iOS apps which are extremely helpfull for the company. (Our company is international)

I need some help with distributing some of the apps inhouse over an website.
I have read a lot and I know I need an SSL certificate. This will be arranged soon by the company.

Basically I want to create an company appstore. Which is only accessable through our own network.

Is it possible to distribute these inhouse apps over the web, without providing the udid's of the devices. Because I don't know how many or which devices will actually be using it. This may change by the day.

is there anyone that can provide me a up-to-date tutorial, or some better help than the forums I seen till now?

Hopefully someone can help me out

Distribution of apps from an Enterprise account do not need UDIDs. The dev portal for the Enterprise account should have all the guides and info you need on how to distribute those apps internally via your website. If you don't already have access to the Enterprise account, I'd ask whoever is in charge to add you, or to get you the information you're looking for.

It's pretty straight forward. Like you said, just make sure you have an SSL certificate for the site hosting the apps, otherwise devices running iOS 7.1 or later won't be able to install them.

Here are some public-facing links that might be helpful.

    @dejo you are absolutely right.

    I have a little question:
"It’s up to you to design and host the website used to distribute apps. Make sure
that users are authenticated, perhaps using basic auth or directory-based
authentication, and that the website is accessible via your intranet or the Internet. "

What's meant by this? I want to setup an internal server, that is reachable by all other workingsite's all over the world from the intranet.

However we do not have access to let's say, other workingsite's LDAP servers, to see if the user is authenticated.

Is this really needed? And what would be the best sollution for this?
Sorry for the questions but I have to request investments forms and stuff to get the whole stuff up in the air and the technical support needs to know what and how and at least all working sites must change their security to allow connections to and from ax.init.itunes.apple.com and ocsp.apple.com.
So it's gonna be a lot of work. Hopefully someone can help me out.

I can do an directory-based authentication by htaccess but.. How can I get this more dynamic.. like, people can register an account with an redeemcode we send to them. after that they must be able to login.
