After some "financial" thinking I returned my Apple leather case and going with the Diztronic. One of the things that I couldn't get over the leather case is the way the leather gets scratched and cut. For 9.99 you cant beat the form and function. The reviews have been great so I will assume it will last me at least a year. Saving 40 bucks is all right by me.

I just picked up the blue version of this. Ase to add to my matte black and it feels and fits just as amazing as matte black did its an amazing case and worth every penny. I spend the 39$ on the silicon apple case and that was a complete rip off to me. It fit great yes but for that price it's seems steep for a dust magnet to me.

What's with the injection point (or whatever that is) on the bottom of the case on the right side next to the speaker? I just got my Diztronic from Amazon so that I have a case when my iphone 6 arrives, and that injection point is really bothering me. It bubbles out on mine. Anyone else?

This is only supposed to be a temporary case for me until the Magpul Executive is released, but I could potentially end up keeping this if the Magpul disappoints for any reason.

Mine has one too, but next to the microphone.

I love the diztronic matte case as well but unfortunately I was unable to use it with my iloome screen protector it doesn't fit and causes it to pull up the protector itself.

I bought this for my iphone 5 and its been on that phone since day one (and still is). So I went ahead and ordered one for my iphone 6 which I should be getting today and without having applied it to the phone yet, I can already tell it has the quality that my 5 case did. It might not be the most glamorous or eye catching case but that is not what I am looking for to begin with. I like something that is form fitting, protects the phone well, and doesn't look like a cheap piece of junk. I will follow up with after I have used it with the new phone but if performs like the 5 did then I am sure I will love it (not sure how many times I have dropped the phone but in 2 years I never had any damage or needed to replace anything). Hope this helps!

Is there a case similar to the Diztronic that is slightly thinner and less bulky? I know the Diz is slim but I may want something even thinner.

Anything else that covers all four sides and the back of the phone, covers the volume and sleep/wake buttons, and offers a bit of lay on the table design?

Diztronic is probably one of the thinnest cases with a mild lip without any huge designs or logos, save the right where their logo is printed on. too thin a lip and your screen may still come in contact with the surface, and assuming you want to avoid scratching it accidentally, this lip should be pretty welcome.

Rock supposedly has 0.6, 0.7, 0.8mm thick TPU cases but it may be hard to find and validate. Based on feedback from other users, you can probably look at ebay, amazon and hong kong/china if you want one. taobao is the chinese equivalent to ebay/amazon but if you can't read the strokes of the chinese characters, you should stick to ebay (proof: i can read chinese and i still have problems with their bombastic words).

Thank you for the info. I did a quick search on amazon but was unable to find that Rock case you mentioned. I'm going to keep looking though.

I actually find the lip on the Diz to be a bit too big, so I'm going to try to find something that has a smaller lip.

i think it's this one, but i can't say for sure because i haven't got one myself.

the only thing that's holding me back are the very mixed reviews. at that price point, i gotta say there shouldn't be much to complain about (even though it's mass produced), but my diztronic and magpul are serving me well so far.

I have the Diztronic and it's functionally a very good case. There is a certain anonymity to the design. Especially when it lays on the table.

I love the Diztronic. It reminds me of a hockey puck. I absolutely love how it squares the phone to a iPhone 4S shape. Originally bought the blue but replaced it with a black. Grippy enough to hold but slips in and out of the pocket easily and doesn't pick up lint at ALL. Buttons are responsive and it's held on the phone very securely. I can't complain about anything at all. Sure, it's a little unrefined in places, but for the price what can I say?
