I have a list of DJVU files I'd like to convert to PDF, preferably in batch (since I've got a lot of them). All the software I've used so far though lacks the ability to use the OCR information to make the PDF searchable.
This free web tool, on the other hand, does exactly what I want:

The trouble is that it doesn't work in batch, so converting a large number of DJVU files would take a while. Is there software for Mac which converts DJVU to PDF and outputs a searchable PDF?
