DL to single layer

i have a movie file that is 7.2G the problem is i dont have a DL burner. is there a way to shrink it to fit a 4.7G DVD-R with all of the features and menus???
 
Try popcorn of dvd2onex... there are many posts about this already, so if you need more help try searching for one of the two.
