yup they'll buy the more expensive space black Ti then which is what I'm doing.

As I mentioned space black SS from S0 no scratches, Graphite SS S6 hairline scratches.

You don't have the Milanese loop do you? What are the graphite scratches like, are they noticeable? (Must be enough in order to cause you to go sbti I am thinking).

The "they just won't buy it" line makes sense when referring to the higher model. Look at the state of these comments here and we are all wondering the same thing, is the graphite a mistake. By omitting the details they make more higher end sales and that is probably not illegal - the reverse would be, saying it has something it doesn't.

And now I'm really starting to wonder if this could be the truth as MKBHD mentioned in his review they never had tested the watch for dust resistance previously. So all this touting it to be super special and more than the 6 is pure marketing. It feels like Apple has decided to resort to marketing tricks to push sales so I wouldn't put it past them to do this one either.

They will also likely lose sales by not providing the proper specs. Apple watches aren’t a must have upgrade for most. So trickery is likely not the reason. I will not buy either the graphite or the Hermes watch if they do not have a DLC coating. That’s a lot of money to spend on something that will look horrible after a year or three of general use.
