hi when im downloading some files, for example excel spreadsheets (i have office) from my email, off the internet i get this .dll error. I dont know what it is or how to solve it? Also i have office student edition with one install. if i upgrade to tiger and do an erase and install will i be able to install office again on the same machine with no problems? TIA

with regards to the reinstall - just put in the serial you used before and it will work fine with a reinstall.
with regards to the .dll file error - are you sure you are using a mac?
i thought you could only get them on windows - how i hated them in my windows 95 days!
can you explain what you are doing a bit more to enable you to get them?
