macOS DMG to MPKG

Don't know if this is in the right section but does anyone know how to convert a DMG into a MPKG?? I am trying to create a custom installer CD but i need the software to be an MPKG not a DMG.
Anyone got any idea's???

Use PackageMaker.

It's located in the Xcode Tools that came with your Mac, or go to connect.apple.com, create a free account and download the latest version (2.4.1).

I know that there is a DMG download of PakcageMaker, but is there a PKG download or ZIP download (with the app being directly in the zip) for Mac?
