DMV - What is best simulated written test software for California DMV?

My elderly father failed his driving test.

They do seem to get harder for old folks. What's the best online simulated written test?

Any suggestions?

I'm not aware of online simulated tests. Grab the book and tell him to read. Chances are him failing wasn't exactly a fluke. He needs to be a safe driver for himself and others.
