Long story short, there’s a main office and a call center for my work. The call center likes thinking they can call me whenever the hell they want asking if I want to pick up a shift. This has happened as early as 5:45am on my day off and as late as 8:30pm. It’s getting annoying lol.

Is there a way to put them on dnd? I don’t want to actually block them because sometimes the calls are actually important. I tried texting the number and putting it on dnd that way, but it didn’t work.

Thanks.

Try this:

Get onto iCloud on a computer.
Create a new contact group.
Put the call center number into that new group.
Get into your phone and go into DND settings and configure accordingly for that group.

Now that I’m awake and thought it through, I realized since I already keep my phone on vibrate only mode, I could change it so that none was selected for their vibrate tone. Hopefully that works.

It’s mostly an issue that they call and wake me up, which is what happed this morning and led to this post. Lol.

I appreciate the help though.

Aa much simpler solution. All the best.

Or, can always block the work number. They can leave a message, but, does not ring or buzz.

Ditto with a call blocker app.

I have everyone on my contact list on a ring tone and buzz, and everyone not on my contact list on default set to a silent 1 sec ring tone and no buzz. I still get calls, just on my time when I feel like going through my call list to return calls or put numbers on my block list.
