I have a D-Link DNS-320 and I am trying to set up the remote DDNS service for it.
On the D-Link DDNS setup page I am entering the Dynamic IP address that my browser is currently attached to. When I try to connect to it though it connects to my router rather than the NAS. For example my IP address is something like 123.456.789.123 and the router is 192.168.0.1 but my NAS is eg 192.168.0.99
How do I get the DDNS service to point to that rather than the router?

I found my problem. I needed to open a port on my router.
