iPhone DNSCloak and parental controls.

Hi all,

I'm wondering about something that you fine folks might have the answer to. I have set up DNS Cloak with Cloudflare's family DNS (1.1.1.3) on my daughter's phone. This seems to work fine. I also set up Content & Privacy restrictions. She is 11 and apps are limited to the 12yr rated apps. DNS cloak however is 17+. The app becomes invisible when I activate the restrictions.
This is exactly what I want it to do, become invisible so she cannot access it. I am curious though, does DNS cloak still work?

Or at least, if the app becomes unavailable to her, are the settings it set still active?
