Do any apps let you download songs/albums?

    iTunes app, for me.

    iTunes app on the device itself, because as far as I know, it's the only one that puts the purchased music into the built-in Music app.

    I meant for free or cheaper than iTunes

    Rhapsody is $9.99/mo for unlimited downloads. But you don't "own" the music, it's yours only as long as you are a subscriber.
