Do any of you use the rubber cases?

I want to get something to cover my MBP because I want it to stay nice. I had the hard shell once, but it somehow broke at the slot drive... I never figured out how. (It was never dropped.)

If so, what is your opinion on them?

What kind of hardshell case did you have before?

I like the cases with rubber or satin look. They look more protected than just a hardshell plastic like case. I currently use an incipio case. Very nice. I even have some cheap(er) hard rubberized cases from eBay in a couple different colors which are nice and sturdy without any incidents.

Do you have to take off the STM Grip and clean the MB? Afaik the STM Grip has an inner material that prevents scratches that come from dust (or dirt) between the MB and the case
