i want to be able to listen to the audio as i read along..if i download an audiobook will it automatically include the text version as well?

No they don't. I wish they would. I like being able to refer to the text of a book that I'm listening to in audio format. I also like just listening to it and reading it at the same time, just like back in school! 
Seems like a good idea for a developer, since buying the ebook and audiobook of the same title is often cost prohibitive.
