Do I calibrate or charge my new MacBook right away?

    I just set it up and been using it for about 10 mins. Should I stop and charge it to full? It's currently at 75% right now.

    Just use it; the battery is new thus can provide full power when fully charged.

    I think the manual may recommend using it until the machine goes to sleep (make sure you don't have any unsaved documents open) then do a full charge. Most people likely don't follow this and probably won't hurt anything if you don't. Here's Apple's recommended calibration steps. It recommends doing so every couple months.
