Hi, I purchased a MagSafe duo from Ebay earlier this year It's been working fine.
But I got a new Applewatch 7 and it's charging extremely slowly on the charger. My Apple Watch 6 charged fine on it.
I was looking at how you can tell if its legit and you are supposed to be able to see the firmware info of it when you put your phone on it to charge and look in setting/ general/ about on the phone and scroll down to where it shows the charger.
my phone settings doesn't show the charger. The articles I read that say how to see the firmware say that if you can't see the charger listed in your iPhone settings it may not be real. I wonder if since we are now on iOS 15 if the charger info would be located in a different section in settings?
Also when I look at my MagSafe duo in the ring inside where the watch charger flips up there is no writing on it as I see on some photos of the MagSafe duo charger.
If you have a MagSafe duo can you check if it shows on your phone setting. and does yours have writing inside the ring or anywhere on the charger. Thanks.
