Out of contract with AT&T. Thinking about getting a 16gb iPhone to renew contract. Do I have a grace period to return and get a 32 or 64 if I decide the 16 is too small?

Does it make a difference if I buy it out of contract?

I'm not sure about AT&T, but I know Best Buy will let you return/exchange with no restocking fee within 30 days last time I checked.

Just looked it up online and it says that Apple does not charge restocking fee anymore.

So basically, I can buy a 16GB, try it for a few days and if I decide its too small, return and and upgrade to a larger model. I'll call the store tomorrow and verify.
