do i have a valid chance?

the black plastic piece at the bottom back of my iphone is "sticking". it's still in place, but if i press on it, it'll sound like it's sticking back to the phone.

nothing is dangling, but i'm afraid it might fall off someday.

if i go to the apple store, will they laugh me out of the store, or is it something i can get it fixed/replaced?

also, the area around the time at the top of the screen displays weird halo lights when i'm making a call sometimes. is it defective?
